Moose & Mallard is an online-only store drawing product inspiration from the rustic beauty of the North Woods where our Founder was born and raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. While we don’t have a physical storefront, we ship thoughtfully curated gifts for homes, cabins, and camps across the continental United States.


Where do your products come from?

We work with multiple trusted suppliers and makers to bring you high-quality goods at an affordable cost. Because of this, items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days after processing

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly, so cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes.
